My Ramadan Table -Day 25







 Menu:

Chicken Soup(Italian)

 Kawerma (Turkish)

Shawrma with chicken(Turkish)

Ruz bil zafaran u Khulout (Turkish )

Arabic Salad

Baba Ghanoush(Middle east)

Sahten !


 Below is the method of doing Ifteera as its what we make and share  during the Eid El Fitir ....






A soft dough is combined with water ,salt and flour -knead till consistency of ear lobe...




divide into small balls and grease tops with corn oil.



then cover and let rest for a couple of hours
