Libyan Sharba wist Idsheesha ( similar to large granule of wheatgerm but barley is used intead of the sharba(pasta)

Burick Esbanack( Spinach and cheese filled puff pastries )

Tabahej Turki (Turkish )(eggplant,tomato and hot green chili peppers)side dish
